"I was nervous at the start, but…"
I was nervous at the start, but my instructor was really patient and explained everything in a way that actually made sense to me. When I made mistakes, he didn’t make me feel bad about them, he helped me stay calm, understand what went wrong, and improve. That really built up my confidence over time. A couple of lessons did feel a little rushed, but overall it was a good experience and I felt much more comfortable by the end.

"Finally Calm Behind the Wheel"
She was nervous about driving for a long time. But this really helped. For the first time, she felt calm behind the wheel. It made a big difference.

"Didn’t Feel Super Safe"
The car felt worn out, and there was something about it that just didn’t feel right. The brakes were kind of weird too, which made me a bit nervous during the lesson. it didn’t feel like the safest experience.

Enrollment was a little confusing for me at first. I had to go back through a couple of emails and check the receipt to make sure I’d actually signed up correctly. I got it figured out eventually, but the process could be a bit clearer

"I was surprised by how much the lessons..."
I was surprised by how much the lessons helped. The instructor explained things in a way that finally made sense, and I went from feeling totally unsure to feeling about a thousand times more ready. Definitely helped me pass.

The place itself was fine, but the location just wasn’t convenient for me at all!! It made getting there a bit of a hassle, and I probably wouldn’t choose it again for that reason...

"Instructor was always right on time"
I had a really good experience with The Next Street, mainly because my instructor actually showed up on time for every single lesson. it’s annoying that this even feels rare, but after hearing how some places waste people’s time, I fully blame those other schools for setting the bar so low.
I never had to sit there wondering if they forgot about me or were just going to show up whenever they felt like it. We got the full practice time I paid for, and that made a huge difference. The Next Street handled it right, which is exactly how it should be.

"Paperwork help was a bit frustrating"
So the driving part was fine, but getting help with my licensing paperwork was kind of frustrating. I had to ask a few times, and the answers felt rushed or not very clear. It did get sorted out in the end, but it was more stressful than it needed to be.

The website was easy to move around, so I found what I needed quickly. The portal worked smoothly, and since the sign-in was simple, I didn’t get stuck or confused. Pages loaded fine, and there weren’t any extra steps that made things harder. Overall, it was a simple experience, and I’d use it again.

"Payment was quick and straightforward"
Paying on The Next Street was really easy. I didn’t have to hunt around the site or jump through a bunch of unnecessary steps just to get it done. "Admin side felt really disorganized"
The admin side was messy overall. Scheduling was confusing, and it was harder than it should’ve been to get a straight answer from anyone. Even the email replies felt like they were coming from robots half the time, not real people actually trying to help...

I had a really good experience in the classroom at The Next Street. It was just a chill setup, really chill, which made it way easier to settle in and focus.
The room was clean and not overly crowded, and the teacher kept things relaxed enough that asking questions didn’t feel awkward. Everyone was respectful too, so it wasn’t noisy, wasn’t stressful, just easy to be there.
The class went by faster than I thought it would. I felt comfortable the whole time and left feeling like I actually learned what I needed to learn.

"Super easy to reschedule lessons"
My work schedule is all over the place, so I really appreciated how easy it was to move my lessons around. I didn’t have to go through a bunch of back and forth just to find a new time. I’d seen other people mention the scheduling was flexible, that ended up being true for me too
